We are a firm specialised in the purchase of credit portfolios from companies who are either actively operating or are currently undergoing bankruptcy and liquidation procedures. These companies have previously assigned the credit claim to us in the form of a notarised document. This means that CREDIT BACK becomes the new owner of the debt and is now the debtor’s direct creditor.
The quickest and easiest way is to use our fast payment platform. Simply enter the code included in the letter you have received. Once payment has been made and confirmed by our team, you will receive a letter as soon as possible certifying that the debt has been settled.
You can also make a transfer, following the instructions given in the letter you have received.
Spanish law stipulates that the debtor’s consent is not necessary for assigning a loan to another party, requiring only notification of the new creditor’s identity. CREDIT BACK’s aim is to reach an amicable agreement.
In the event that an amicable agreement is not reached, CREDIT BACK reserves the right to take legal action to collect the debt. This will entail costs consisting of: legal counsel, court fees, legal costs, interest, etc.
Contact us, tell us why you can’t, and we will assess the details of your situation. If this is the case, with the documentation/justification you provide concerning your situation, we can consider the possibility of payment facilities. This is something that the original creditor might not have been willing to do at the time. We remind you that non-payment may lead to an increase in your debt due to the possible addition of arrears interest.
If the debt is not yours, tell us what it is that you don’t agree with and provide supporting evidence, within the time limit stated in the notarised payment request. We undertake to analyse your file and give you an answer as soon as possible.
Organisations such as CREDIT BACK report the debts they have pending with clients to bad debt lists, while complying strictly with current personal data protection legislation. CREDIT BACK has the right to include debtors in defaulters lists, pursuant to data protection legislation, until the debt has been settled. All debts settled will be removed immediately from these lists. Being included in a defaulters list has significant unpleasant consequences, such as being refused loans, not getting credit or debit cards, or being turned down for utility supplies such as electricity, gas, landlines or mobile phones, etc.
